I’m Stu, founder of Capital Project Services, with more than 30 years of experience delivering major projects across Australia, Southeast Asia, PNG and the Middle East.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside owners, contractors and joint venture partners across the full project lifecycle; from concept and select through to execution and start-up.
I founded Capital Project Services to bring that experience to project teams through practical project controls, project management and commercial expertise, helping clients navigate complexity, make informed decisions and deliver with confidence.
